Grocery shopping can be overwhelming- so many different versions and variations of one single product! This is why I have created a brand guide for 3 major Australian grocery stores, to help you get the best of the best and understand what to look for when you shop.

Reset Programmes

I don't like the word 'detox'- I much prefer to think of eliminating nasties as a re-set. Because there are so many nasties out there that impact our bodies, I've created a simple, 6 week reset program that includes recipes and replacements for your favourite treats.

My Approach

I work as a holistic nutritionist, meaning I look at you as a whole person and not just as one clinical symptom.

Our bodies are complex, and one thing usually leads to another and there's a cascade effect until something shows and forces us to attend. I believe that when we find and attend to the root cause, the presenting symptom suddenly disappears. 

​

Being a yoga and pilates teacher, as well as having had over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, I do also focus on movement, meditation, and the physical body when treating my clients.  

​

I find that when people are willing and committed to change, that is when we get the best results in the shortest amount of time.
